Willtronix (“we,” “us”) makes power supplies, data cables, and power cords for global brands. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit our quote request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), product interest, and project details. To help us understand where enquiries come from, we also record the page or campaign that referred you.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site traffic. It is privacy-first and does not use cookies or collect personal information.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and communicate with you about your project. Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site and process your enquiry:

• Netlify:website hosting and form handling.
• Akismet (Automattic):spam filtering on form submissions.
• Google (reCAPTCHA):spam and abuse protection on our quote form.
• Google Workspace:we receive form notifications by email.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies (our analytics provider is cookieless). Our quote form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies and collect device and usage data to tell humans apart from automated abuse. This is used only to keep the form secure. Google’s use of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

International transfers

We operate from the United States and China. Information you submit may be accessed by our teams in both locations to handle your request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our normal business records, then delete it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
